Meet Rose
Chief is a 28 year old Dales pony gelding. He is typically dependable, outgoing and very friendly!
Developing leadership skills through a greater awareness of our thoughts and emotions and our patterns of behavior.
Rose is a 27 year old Dales pony mare. She is typically more reserved around people and her personality is a little spunky.
Come join this supportive community and embark on a transformative experience of self-discovery. Personal development is not something that we "do" it's something that we learn, and in the process become better equipped to make conscious decisions about where we spend our time, energy and focus.
Using a platform of either equine-assisted workshops or personal mentorship (by phone or in person) you'll learn to cultivate a more meaningful connection with yourself, your faith and the world around you. To develop Leadership skills that will last a lifetime.
Consider this: many individuals cease to follow a leader when they no longer feel safe or supported — and the same is true for horses. Trust is a fundamental element of effective leadership, and working with horses offers a unique and impactful way to observe, develop, and refine those essential leadership qualities.
The equine course* is a series of workshops, each designed to increase awareness of innate characteristics and understand patterns of behavior as well as emotions at a deeper level. We will dive into techniques that not only aid in personal growth but create Leadership qualities that effect every aspect of life. This journey leads to deeper, more authentic relationships and nurtures greater compassion and connection in relationships with others.

* Equine activities will are typically done unmounted, but you are required to wear closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops) and may be required to sign a waiver.
